What is a decant?
A decant is a small sample of an authentic fragrance that has been transferred from the original bottle into a new vial. It allows you to experience a perfume without purchasing a full bottle.
Are your decants authentic?
Yes. We purchase full‑size bottles from authorized retailers or directly from the brand and decant them by hand. Each decant contains 100% genuine fragrance with no dilutions or additives.
Can you Price-Match *Insert link* Website?
Our pricing reflects the authenticity of our products. As a general rule, if you come across decants priced lower per ml than the cost of a full bottle, it’s worth exercising caution—such prices may indicate the product is not genuine or diluted.
How are decants packaged?
Each decant is filled into a clean glass vial or atomizer and labeled with the fragrance name. Vials are securely sealed and packaged for shipping.
Do you accept returns?
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened decants. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times depend on your location: domestic orders typically arrive within 3‑7 business days.

Do you accept returns?
We can’t accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on opened decants. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email Sales@perfumesamplelab.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund it.
When will my order ship?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is usually 3–7 business days depending on where you are.
