Shipping
We ship within Australia only, from Melbourne. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase it.
Returns and refunds
Samples
For hygiene reasons, samples can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded.
Testers
Testers come without a retail box or cellophane, so they can't be returned for change of mind.
Full Bottles
Full bottles can be returned free within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened: the original cellophane wrap and box seal must be intact, the bottle unsprayed, and all packaging included. Opened, sprayed or unwrapped bottles can't be returned.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email Sales@perfumesamplelab.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund it.
This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Frequently asked questions
What is a sample (decant)?
Samples are hand-filled from authentic bottles into glass atomisers, so you can try a fragrance before you commit.
Is everything authentic?
Yes, 100%. Samples are decanted from genuine bottles. Full bottles come sealed from authorised suppliers with batch codes intact, and we can send the batch code on request.
How are orders packaged?
Samples: labelled glass atomisers, protected for transit.
Full bottles: bubble-wrapped and shipped in a sturdy box.
Do you accept returns?
