TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Perfume Sample Lab (“Company”) and the customer (“Buyer”) regarding the purchase of goods or services through the Company’s website www.perfumesamplelab.com.au (“Site”). Please review this Agreement carefully before using the Site or making a purchase.

Introduction
By accessing the Site or purchasing any goods or services, Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and Buyer and supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or communications related to the goods, services, or information provided through the Site. Purchasing any product or service constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

Payment & Account Responsibility
Buyer represents and warrants that:

• All payment information provided is accurate, complete, and authorized;
• All charges incurred will be honored by the Buyer’s payment provider;
• Buyer agrees to pay all fees and taxes at the time they are incurred.
• Buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activity under their account. Buyer must notify the Company within 24 hours of any unauthorized use. The Company is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from mishandled login information.

Intellectual Property
All content, images, product descriptions, design, and materials on the Site are the property of the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of the Site’s content is prohibited.

Editing, Modification & Website Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any content, products, services, or pricing from the Site at any time without prior notice. Changes to this Agreement become effective upon posting on the Site and apply to all future purchases.

Right to Refuse Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may contain errors. If an order is placed based on incorrect information, the Company may cancel and refund the order.

Indemnification
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, employees, partners, and suppliers from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from Buyer’s misuse of the Site or violation of this Agreement.

Non-Transferability
Buyer’s rights to use the Site and any purchased goods or services are non-transferable and subject to any limits imposed by the Company or Buyer’s payment provider.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
All products, services, and content on the Site are provided “as-is” and “as available.” The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the item at issue.
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of business, or product misuse.

Shipping Policy
The Company’s shipping policies are published on the Site and may change at any time. External factors such as carrier delays or global events may affect delivery times. The Company is not responsible for delays after dispatch.

Taxes & Customs Duties
Buyer acts as the importer of record for all international shipments and agrees to accept all responsibility for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees.

Ownership of Goods
Ownership of goods transfers to the Buyer immediately upon shipment. Once dispatched, the Buyer assumes all risk related to loss, damage, or delays.

Coupons & Promotions
The Company may offer promotional codes or discounts. Unless stated otherwise:

• Coupons may be discontinued or modified at any time.
• Coupons must be applied at checkout.
• Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Refund Policy
Defective or damaged products may be returned in their original condition within 7 days of receiving the order for a full refund or replacement. Due to the nature of fragrance samples, returns based on scent preference are not accepted.
